Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to have worked with Russ Arnold. Our situation was tough because my husband and I fell in love with a short sale. We knew going into a contract that it would be a long waiting period while the seller's bank got all their ducks in a row and even then it was not a guarantee the seller's bank would approve the short sale. Long story short, after several months of waiting and negotiating on Russ's part we got the house. I am confident that had we not worked with Russ we would have not gotten our dream home. Russ has been our Real Estate Agent for almost 2 solid years (poor guy) the market in Vegas is crazy now and you end up bidding on multiple homes before you find the one for your family. Russ probably showed us well over 100 homes and never complained. When we did find the home for us he had to put his negotiation skills to the test. The other agent was a "problem" to say the least. Russ worked tirelessly and finally got the home of my dreams. Wonderful agent and more importantly a wonderful guy. Russ now has our old house and has taken s care of everything. He's just a great guy.
Moving cross-country from Tampa to Vegas to open up an office sounds stressful, but not when you have Russ to work with. He listened to exactly what we needed and showed us so many viable commercial spots that we almost had to extend our trip to make a decision. Highly recommended, 6 out of 5 stars. I have used a lot of agents in Las Vegas but without a doubt, Russ is the best I have ever used.
